We’re looking for an art director with at least four years experience. Knows the biz. Loves the biz. Knows how to come up with concepts. Knows how to build out deliverables.
Understands digital (but doesn’t need to know how to code it). Knows print. Knows social. Is always trying to understand how new media can help campaigns.
Has a unique style that can range from sophisticated to folk, and can appropriately reflect the industries, businesses, personalities and brands that we advertise from a unique/original, and thoughtful Design & Art Direction point-of-view.
Can own a project from start to finish.
Loves the craft, digs working with people, can take a critique and improve from it.
Can give a critique…
Understands collaboration, and teamwork, and how to defend work you believe in without pissing anybody off.
…Or at least not everybody off.
Doesn’t mind office dogs.
